Optimism for Emerging Markets rebound

With recent pessimism surrounding emerging markets performance as equities stall, some in the financial field still have reasons for optimism.

A Swiss assets manager predicts emerging markets are uniquely poised for a rebound.

The asset manager, a contrarian to the pattern of sharp decline in emerging markets since 2011, predicts the the rebound will happen in the second half of 2017, "catching the market by surprise" and "triggering a rally" in currencies, equities, and bonds.
