While recent emerging market growth has slowed, exporters should be wary to ignore emerging market economies completely. In the short term, at least, emerging markets still provide the fastest growth for global consumer-facing companies.

Many consumers within emerging markets are both ready and willing to spend their disposable income, an important yet often overlooked factor in market attractiveness.

Along with constantly increasing Internet access for its populations, emerging markets remain the best investment.
