The Institute of Management Technology Hyderabad (IMT) held the International Conference on Marketing Challenges in Emerging Markets this past week.
15 papers were presented from different universities across India discussing the challenges facing emerging markets and how to best cope with them.
The discussions highlighted that to accommodate emerging market characteristics, market perspective and core guiding strategy concepts must be realigned.
The Conference was held in collaboration with Ecole De Management De Normandie, France and Cornivus University of Budapest, Hungary.
