The former head of the World Bank's investment arm, Jin-Yong Cai, now at private equity firm TPG, is optimistic about investment opportunities in Emerging Markets. Cai cites fast-growing middle classes coupled with demand for better services such as electricity, water supply, and telecommunications. "The need for capital out there is tremendous," said Cai.
